DOZR is a B2B commerce web store specializing in construction rental equipment. I worked directly with their client Synergy Equipment to rebrand and redesign their commerce platform.
APPROACH
Things kicked-off with a fun workshop to gauge the client's ideal visual mood & vibe.
I then conducted SME interviews to identify user pain points & challenges. I ran short sprints to improve the system flow, sitemap & low-fidelity wireframes including polished ui designs.
Client extended contract and we built a Webflow prototype to validate and test solutions. The success led to client extending contract for an additional 4 weeks to build the new e-commerce.
